Low molecular weight heparin (Enoxaparin)
Anticoagulant. Prevents blood clot formation. Does not cross the blood–brain barrier. No direct brain effect — does not cross the blood–brain barrier.

Injectable anticoagulant with predictable dosing that prevents and treats clots, often without routine blood monitoring.
Risks
Prescription-only; bleeding is the main risk, with extra caution needed in kidney impairment. Requires careful dosing and injection technique.
